I hate the way we all judge others and beat ourselves up for not being the ‘perfect parent’ believe me I have done it myself.
But guess what guys??? There is no such thing as the perfect parent, most of us especially with children with additional needs just wing it and take each day as it comes. To me if we have made it through the day without a meltdown or us rubbing each other up the wrong way then that is a success.
